A member of Legislative Council (DPRD) of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan Propince, Arbani expressed his appreciation for the Kotabaru government receiving award from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham).

He said it was a form of commitment to build a synergy with the Kotabaru Correctional Institution. 

"We congratulate the Kotabaru Regent Sayed Jafar Alaydrus and wish him every success," said Arbani here on Monday.

According to the member of Kotabaru's Golkar faction, Kotabaru Regent as a regional leader deserves the award.

It is based on the commitment to build partnership and synergy with the Kotabaru Correctional Facility by providing land grant for the development of the prison.

"Also for his support with grants and funding for coaching program at the Kotabaru Penitentiary," said Arbani.

Head of Kotabaru Penitentiary Yosef Benyamin Yembise previously congratulated Kotabaru Regent for the award he received at the 60th Correctioanal Service Day (HBP) 2024 commemoration.

"I am grateful to God and would like to thank the Minister of Law and Human Rights who has awarded the Kotabaru Regent Sayed Jafar. He really deserves it, because he has contributed to the Kotabaru Penitentiary. Congratulation to Kotabaru Regent for the award he has received, hopefully this add to our synergy," said Yosef.
