Being a teacer is not just about providing learning at school, he or she can grows students' motivation to think critically.
By thingking critically and having will to find solution, students will more easily to learn and master knowledge or science.
Tatik Widyastuti, an elementary school teacher at SD Negeri 2 Pembataan, Murung Pudak Sub-district, Tabalong District, South Kalimantan, is motivating her students to think critically and like sciences.
"I don't want students to become robot, they must be motivated to have will in solving problems in science," said this ULM PGSD alumnus.
Widyastuti was one of beneficiaries of the inquiry learning method initiated by the Adaro Bangun Negeri Foundation (YABN) since 2015 for a number of teacher in Tabalong.
Through this method, Tatik received training in learning that emphasizes critical and analytical thingking process to search and find her own answers to a problem in question.
This woman who was born in Kulon Progo became supervisor of the Little Researchers Science Club at SDN 2 Pembataan and succeeded in bringing the students to become finalists in the Adaro Science Project Olympiad (OPSA) at national level.
In 2015, of the SDN 2 Pembataan little reseachers won the title of the best OPSA for South-Central Kalimantan regional level.
Then, 1st hopeful winner OPSA for Regional South-central Kalimantan and finalist in the National Quark Science Olympiad in 2017 and 2018.

This six grade teacher has also been active in the board of ABCDE Teacher Community from 2017 until now.
The YABN fostered community of science teachers runs inquiry science classes, namely learning science through experimental activities which are attended by students in grades 1-6.
Widyastuti's initiative to boost student literacy while being innovative and creative also received school support, including collaboration with YABN team through "Pagi Ceria" program.
"Through Pagi Ceria program, which is organized by YABN, students learn story telling, making stage scripts and read science books at the YABN Library," she said.
In schol area, the literacy program in the form of reading corner, according to the Princial of SDN 2 Pembataan Herliana, is one of efforts to increase students' interest in reading.
"All teacher are actively implement classroom literacy program so that students'interest in reading increases," said Herliana
