University of Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) Deputy Rector for Students and Alumni Affairs Dr. Rusmin Nuryadin said ULM's cooperation with PT Adaro Indonesia has so far generates various benefits, one of which is disbursing scholarship of IDR10 billion in 2023.
"One of them is providing scholarship and dormitory facility for ULM students," said Rusmin here on Sunday.
He said ULM and PT Adaro also proactively conducting various research and community services.
One of the studies carried out through "Matching Fund and PASS" (Program Adaro Santri Sejahtera), both play an active role in fostering Islamic boarding schools in entrepreneurship field.
In their latest activity, the ULM's Career and Entrepreneur Development Center (CEDC) and Adaro held a "mini talkshow" at the 1st floor Hall of ULM Rectorate Building in Banjarmasin.
Mini talkshow with the theme “Networking Tips In Mining Industry” brought by two speakers, Human Resources and General Affairs Division Head of PT Adaro Indonesia Syahka Abiaji and the company's Plant Production Department Head Rahmat Diansyah Fitri.
Head of ULM CEDC Irwansyah said that the activity was to provide opportunities for ULM students interested in working in mining industry.
Irwansyah hopes that this acitivity will not only help ULM preparing quality graduates, but also strengthen the cooperative relationship that has been established between ULM and PT Adaro Indonesia.
