Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Sub II Directorate of Drug Investigation of South Kalimantan Regional Police arrested a crystal methamphetamine dealer who has long been a wanted in code name raid "Antik Operation 2016" here.
"The perpetrator is a Chinese descent, and he has long been our target and has just been arrested," said Head of Sub II Directorate of Drug Investigation (Ditresnarkoba) AKBP Agus Durijanto in Banjarmasin, Friday.
He said the sabu-sabu (crystal meth) dealer arrested was identified as Dirmansyah alias Mansyah (43), resident of Jl KS Tubun, Gang HB, Village of West Kelayan, South Banjarmasin.
The arrest of Mansyah was made on Tuesday (09/02) afternoon, around 17:00, when he was standing at the roadside of Sungai Andai, North Banjarmasin, and showed suspicious movements.
The officers whose on surveillance immediately arrested him and searched his body and seized a large packet of sabu-sabu weighing 5.35 grams.
"When we found sabu-sabu in his pocket, he can do no more," said the man who was called Gusdur.
The perpetrator and the evidence immediately taken to the Ditresnarkoba office for further legal proceedings. From the investigation, Mansyah has been named as a suspect and charged by Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics.
