According to Ferizal, who accompanied by the Head of Special Crime Affairs Eddowan, the new suspect with initial E has a role in charge of the field technical of Rp1.4 billion project.

Previously, Banjarbaru's Kejari named S, a manager of contractor of the project, as a suspect.

"Suspect E acted as field technical manager and know what is done or not so that he has full responsibility," said Kajari.

He said the establishment of E as a new suspect was made on January 7, 2016, while S has been named as a suspect in October 2015.

The two suspects have different roles and considered responsible for the implementation of projects that were less volume and not according to job specifications.

"There was a shortage of items in grass volume work, drainage was also less volume including geotextiles work items that were not within specification," said Eddowan.

BPKP calculated the state losses amounting to Rp230 million due to lack of volume of work on the project done in 2014.
