Commander of the 101 Antasari Provincial Military Command (Danrem) Brig. Gen. Firmansyah in Rantau on Wednesday officially closed the 111th TNI Integrated Village Development (TMMD) in Tapin District.
"Alhamdulillah both physical and non-physical targets are completed, the results can be accounted for both quality and quantity," he said.
In particular, the opening and construction of 3,149 meters long road have connected four villages. In addition to smooth the mobility of goods and people, it is expected to boost the economy of the local people.
"This connecting road can make it easier for farmers to transport their agricultural products and reduce the trip time the usual one hour to half an hour," said the District Secretary of Tapin H Masyraniansyah.
The TMMD program has been carried out from June 15 Juni and ended on July 14, 2021. In addition to the opening roads, TMMD also renovating residents' houses, mushalla (worship place), and the neighborhood security post (poskamling).
The TMMD Tas Force also carried out non-physical development. They provided education on national insight, the danger of drugs, the COVID-19 health protocols, stunting, as well as health service and basic food hand out.
