The Barito Kuala (Batola) administration has kept its unqualified opinion (WTP) from the Supreme Audit Agency or BPK for the fifth year in a row (2015-2019).

Acting Governor H Rudy Resnawan handed over the award of appreciation to the Batola Regent Hj Noormiliyani AS at the sideline of the submission of the budget execution document (DIPA) along with fund transfer and village fund (TKDD) for the fiscal year of 2021 for the scope of South Kalimantan province in Banjarbaru, Tuesday (Dec 1, 2020). 

The provincial government and other 12 districts and cities in South Kalimantan also received the same awards. 

The provincial administration earned the best audit for seven consecutive years, followed by Banjarmasin City, Banjar District, Tanah Laut, Tanah Bumbu, South Hulu Sungai, Balangan, Tapin, Tabalong, Banjarbaru City, Kotabaru, North Hulu Sungai, and Central Hulu Sungai. 

Acting Governor congratulated districts and cities for the awards from their achievement in the local financial reports. “We hope this achievement to be maintained to the future,” he said.  

Rudy Resnawan said that as the representative of the central government, he reminded President Joko Widodo's direction regarding the use of the state budget funds transferred to regions with four main focus. 

Namely, the handling of health, especially related to COVID-19 vaccination, social protection for underprivileged and vulnerable groups, economic recovery program, especially support for MSMEs and the business world, and to build a strong foundation by performing structural reform in the field of health, education, social protection, and other fields.

Overall, he said, the 2021 budget allocation for South Kalimantan was IDR25.85 trillion, consisting of DIPA K/L IDR9,27 trillion and transfer to TKDD IDR16.58 trillion.
