Head of the South Kalimantan BPS M Edy Mahmud in Banjarbaru on Tuesday said Banjarmasin has posted an inflation of 0.75 percent, Tanjung 0.71 percent, and Kotabaru 0.1 percent.

"Inflation occurred due to rising price which indicated a rise in most of the expenditure group index. Only the personal care group and other services index price experienced a decline," he said.

If calculated based on the calendar year, South Kalimantan experienced 0.88 percent inflation in November 2020, while the year-on-year inflation rate (November 2020 against November 2019) was 1,31 percent.
