The district government of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) through the Investment and One-Stop Service Office (Dinas PMPTSP) received a visit from a team of the Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry (KemenPAN-RB).
HSS Regional Secretary HM Noor in Barabai on Tuesday said the team came to directly observe the services carried out by the PMPTSP Office and related to the construction process of Public Service Mall (MPP) in HSS.
"We are grateful for the visit of the PAN RB Ministry team. We received a lot of direction for public services and for the progress of the Public Service Mall in HSS. It becomes our concern,” he said.

Assistant Deputy for Coordination of Implementation, Policy, and Evaluation of Public Service Region II of the ministry Noviana Andrina said the team's visit was to see how the Investment and One-Stop Service Agency in HSS carried out services.
The team also coordinated the readiness of Public Service Mall development in HSS, because it will provide fast, low-cost, and transparent services.
The HSS Investment and One-Stop Service Office is expected to further improve the quality of public service, and keep on improving.
"Provide the best possible service, so people are not only satisfied but also happy when they return home after receiving services,“ she said.
