The Banjarmasin city government through the Health Agency conducted a mass swab test on 750 people on Saturday, hoping to find the peak of the COVID-19 spread curve in the city.

Banjarmasin Mayor H Ibnu Sina appreciated all health workers who have worked optimally, especially volunteers who had succeeded in tracking.

"Today I appreciate friends from Health Agency assisted by the South Kalimantan Police's Health and Medical Dept (Biddokkes)  in a mass swab of 750 people. I think this is the most in Banjarmasin," he said.

It was a serious effort of the city government in breaking the chain of distribution of COVID-19. H Ibnu Sina hoped the peak of the curve was found, thus the spread in the city could be reduced.

The support of all parties in highly expected, especially health workers who have to use standard procedures (SOP), so that no more health workers fall due to exposure to the coronavirus.

"We cannot imagine they who are expected to treat this to fall one by one. Suffice it to be doctors and specialists who preceded us, which became evidence that COVID-19 really exist and we must fight," he affirmed.
