The Tanah Bumbu District Hospital (RSUD) of dr Andi Abdurrahman Noor has been handling 176 cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) during January-February 2020.
"From that number of cases, one patient died," said Head of Administration of the district hospital, Saleh, in Batulicin, Friday (Feb 14, 2020).
Based on data from the Ministry of Health received by the Tanah Bumbu Health Agency on January 29, 2020, the number of dengue sufferers was recorded 13.683 people reported from 34 provinces.
With such a very high number of sufferers, people are encouraged to work together to eradicate DHF in Tanah Bumbu simultaneously.
One of the efforts that people can do independently is to eradicate mosquito nest (PNS) simultaneously in all areas.
