The District Government of Tanah Bumbu launched the Regent Decree correctional System (SISKA) application at the regent's office.
The app was announced and socialized by the Head of Legislation at the Law Section of Tanah Bumbu Administration, Karmilah, in Batulicin, Sunday (Dec 8, 2019).
"Participants of the socialization are heads of government working units (SKPD) and officials of the Tanah Bumbu District Government," she said.

Karmilah said that the app was compiled to facilitate services for the SKPD within the Tanah Bumbu District Government, especially in term of correcting the regent's decree.
In the 4.0 era, local governments were demanded to be responsive to changes, one of which was through applying technology in improving public services. Therefore, the Law Section compiled SISKA app.
"The Regent decree correction service has so far been face-to-face oriented at the administrative counter, from submitting file, taking the corrected file, till re-submitting the improvement results. The SKPD back and forth processing the regent decree is what we want to cut through this SISKA app," Karmila pointe,,d out.
The benefit of the app, she explained, it streamlines the time, energy, and cost in the process of submitting request for correction of the district head's decrees.

In addition, the progress of compiling the decree can be accessed easily by the initiating SKPD, Law Section, Assistant, District Secretary, and more importantly by the policy owner, namely the regent.
Not only at the regent office, the SISKA app is socialized in several SKPDs, including Inspectorate, Civil Service Agency, Community Empowerment and Village Agency, Environment Agency, and planned to other SKPDs as well.
"The existance of SISKA app has the support of the District Secretary of Tanah Bumbu H. Rooswandi Salem," she concluded.
