Head of South Kalimantan Youth and Sport Agency (Kadispora) Hermansyah stated to be proud for the high achievement the state high school SMAN 2 Banjarmasin (SMADA) futsal team have made in the national level until they intitled to represent Indonesia to Thailand.
The team won the first champion for high school (SMA/SMK) level in the 2019 National Hyro Coco Cup at the Sritex Sporthall, Solo, Saturday. They then will fight in the Bangkok Futsal Tournament.
In the final match of Hydro Coco Cup, the SMADA team defeated the SMAN 3 Batam futsal team with a score of 1-0.

"I represent the provincial government and the Governor of South Kalimantan declare our proud for the success of SMAN 2 Banjarmasin futsal team in the national level, to go forward to Asian level representing Indonesia in Thailand," he remarked in Banjarmasin, Sunday (Nov 17, 2019).
Hermansyah lauded that the SMAN 2 Banjarmasin futsal team is a regional golden generation and now become the nation golden generation to achieve their achievement in Asia level, to bring a good name of Indonesia.
"For my children keep training more deligently as infront of you waiting the more prestigious competition of Asian level," he pointed out.

The Mayor of Banjarmasin H Ibnu Sina, who is the alumnus of SMAN 2 Banjarmasin, also congratulated their achievement that made a good name of the city of Banjarmasin at the national level.
"Keep your spirit and keep practicing, because your maximum effort will certainly become road to the next success. #bjm CAN#bjm BAIMAN," he exclaimed.

Before defeating Batam, the SMADA team conquered SMAN 16 Bandung in semi final. Previously, this futsal team from Banjarmasin defeated SMAN 1 Ungaran Surabaya with a score 6-1 and SMANGKO Bengkulu.
