Banjarmasin, (Antaranews.Kalsel) - South Kalimantan Regional Election Commission (KPUD) "owe" to finance the first phase of the elections (elections) in 2014, because funds have not been received from the central budget.

Secretary
of South Kalimantan Election Commission, H Bambang Setiawan after receiving registration of Nasib Alamsyah, a retired Colonel of Infantry, to be a member of the Regional Representatives Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia, in Banjarmasin, on Monday (15/4), said, "Stages of implementation of the 2014 election has been started since the beginning of last year."

Because of not having funds, for example, the cost for  medical examinations for candidates must be indebted with management of  Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Ulin Banjarmasin. While a Rp250 million grant from South Kalimantan provincial government to support the smooth implementation of the 2014 election in fiscal year 2013, has not liquid yet.

"Yet, according to Secretary South Kalimantan Province, grant funds to be disbursed, but still hit the technical, such as the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding 'with Kebangpol Linmas
(National Unity Nations, Politics and Publics Protection), "he continued.

He admitted that he is a bit confused with the MoU issue, because in the previous election to withdraw funds from South Kalimantan provincial government does not recognize the signing of the MoU.
