pure budget.
While the regional income target of South Kalimantan in 2019 is IDR6.2 trillion or up 6.22 percent compared to 2018.
The South Kalimantan DPRD appreciates the Provincial Government, which dares to target increasing regional revenues, even though the situation and conditions of the national economy are not too encouraging.
In the 2019 regional expenditure plan, the Provincial Government also seeks to increase the percentage of direct expenditure allocations of IDR2.979 trillion or 47.06 percent, smaller than indirect expenditure.
The Banggar chaired by H Burhanuddin acknowledged the low direct budget allocation due to the delegation of authority from the district and city governments to the Provincial Government. For example, the transfer of high school management also influences the composition of regional expenditure, but with such an expenditure posture it is hoped that it does not reduce the quality of development.
The plenary session of the South Kalimantan DPRD with the 2019 APBD ratification agenda was attended by Governor H Sahbirin Noor.
