Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - A member of Kotabaru Regional Legislative Council (DPRD) Rahmad continues to strive for improvement of welfare of medical personnel and health workers in the district.
"The effort is part of improving the welfare of both medical personnel and health workers," he said in Kotabaru, Monday.
Currently, he said, the DPRD is working on draft regional regulation (raperda) initiative concerning the management of medical personnel and health workers and is being socialized to the public.

The bill, he said, is very important in regulating the order of both management and guarantees for health workers in Kotabaru.
"Improving the welfare is the main goal of drafting the bill," he said.
The DPRD member had socialized the bill in two sub-district, Pamukan Utara and Sampanahan.
The National Mandate Party (PAN) cadre who is also chairman of Special Committee III wanted the bill to be able to provide bonds and regulation for medical personnel and health workers so that they obtain the best guarantee from the regional government.
He hopes the socialization of the bill will receive inputs before being discussed in the DPRD.
