Head of Kotabaru Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprise and Industry Agency Zainal Ariffin on Sunday said the operation of biodiesel plants just waiting for two things. If the MoU done, then the investor will make improvements and equip factories to support the production of biodiesel. In this cooperation the investor is obliged to make improvements and additions to the supporting plant, as well as setting up venture capital which value amounted to Rp6 billion.
