Amuntai, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - People with mental disabilities in HSU District receive relief packages from the Ministry of Social Affairs in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic.(Antaranews Kalsel/Diskominfo HSU/Eddy A)
A total of 612 people with mental disabilities (ODGJ) in North Hulu Sungai (HSU) District received food packages from the Ministry of Social affairs.
The social assistance was channeled through the Budi Luhur Banjarbaru Rehabilitation Center and was handed over at the HSU Social Office Hall in Amuntai, Thursday (June 18, 2020).
Head of the office Rijali Eswansyah said, 612 people with mental disabilities were proposed to the ministry to get social assistance and was approved 100 percent.

"Alhamdulillah (Thank God) as many as 612 people we proposed turned out to be all approved by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the second stage of distribution this time (June 18) was distributed as many as 462 packages," he said.
Rijali said, the first stage of aid was distributed in Ramadhan as many as 150 packages, thus with the second stage it brought the total to 612 packages.
