2014 Projects to be Auctioned in December

Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Regent Kotabaru H Irhami Ridjani asked all heads of the agency or working unit (SKPD) to prepare 2014 local budget projects to be completely auctioned in December 2013.

"I asked for Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) to prepare themselves for the auction and pick up the ball. Do not just wait, because we expect the 2014 Kotabaru budget project to be auctioned all over in December 2013," said Regent here on Monday.

Next January, said the Regent, the projects of 2014 budget can be started, so that job execution time may be longer.

The desire to speed up the process of budget work in 2014, according to Irhami, because 2014 is the implementation of Legislative Elections. At that time, the concentration will be focused on the election, so it is feared to disrupt the implementation of the budget.

The Head of working Unit (SKPD ), the head of the field, sub- field , and making commitments official, and officials associated with the implementation of the activities required to prepare budgets and help smooth the process of discussion of the Draft Budget and Expenditure (RAPBD) to be regulation (APBD).

Chairman of the Kotabaru Legislative Assembly (DPRD) H Alpidri Supian Noor stated, legislative appreciated Regent H Irhami Ridjani desire, so that the budget can be implemented from January 2014.

"We are ready to support these desires , however the executive , especially SKPD also should prepare and be proactive in the process of proposed budget discussion," he said.

Meanwhile, the proposed 2014 Kotabaru budget around Rp1,3 trillion, an increase over the pure 2013 budget that is Rp1,1 billion.
