Deputy Regent of Tanah Bumbu Ready Kambo welcomed the visit of the Naval Academy level one cadets to batch 67 of the 2019 period to the district in a courtesy call program.


"Welcome to the Indonesian Navy cadets. It is an honor for the local government," said Deputy Regent Ready Kambo in Batulicin.

He hoped the arrival of the Navy's prospective officers could increase the interest of the younger generation in Tanah Bumbu to become Navy soldiers who made the name of the region proud of its achievements as state servants in the military field.

He felt proud of the arrival of the prospective Navy officers because the area he led had the opportunity to be visited.

Meanwhile Captain of the Sea (P) Sutarto as the assistant for the group of cadets said this visit was part of the training of the Pre Jalasesya technique in the first year.

"The pre-Jalasesya is the process in corporal level. Previously they were educated for six months in Magelang, then separated into various departments," he said.

There are around seven cadets who visited Tanah Bumbu, after that they go to Kotabaru, then continue sailing to other ports with sail training vessel KRI Dewa Ruci.
