Tanjung, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel)- The Tabalong Prosecutor's Office and the local tap water company (PDAM) establish cooperation in the fields of civil and administrative law, including assistance to legal protection.
The Head of the Tabalong Prosecutor's Office (Kajari) Gde Made Pasek Swardhyana said legal assistance in the civil field, focusing on ways of approaching and mediating by involving the community.
"This joint agreement can provide legal considerations and assistance in the field of civil and state administration," Made said.
The signing of this joint agreement was carried out by Kajari and Director of PDAM Tabalong Abdul Bahid witnessed by Regent Anang Syakhfiani and Assistant for Development and Natural Resources Hamida Munawarah.
Meanwhile, PDAM Director Abdul Bahid said this joint agreement is expected to help his party, including in the mediation regarding customers who are in arrears in payment of accounts.
