Marabahan, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Banjarmasin College of Teacher Training and Education (STIKIP PGRI) won the overall winner of the 2019 Coastal Cluster Malay Dance Festival held to celebrate the 59th Anniversary of Barito Kuala District, Friday (1/1) night.


The competition for the Batola Regent Trophy which presented professional judges from Jakarta and Banjarmasin on the Main Stage of the 5 Desember Field, Marabahan.

Sanggar Ikalastri STIKIP PGRI was established as the overall champion because it succeeded in winning a number of victories, namely the best presenters I, Best Dance Stylists, and Best Music Stylists and Main Featured Presents.

For that achievement, Sanggar Ikalastri also has the right to win the rotating trophy of the Barito Kuala Regent Cup and the prize money that reaches tens of millions.

While the Best Presenter II won by Studio Perpekindo Banjarmasin, the Best Presenter III Karamunting Studio (South Hulu Sungai).

For the Best IV Presenter achieved by the Tingang Menteng Pahunjung Tarung Studio from Kapuas, Central Kalimantan, the Best V Presenter won by the Manuntung Haruyung Studio from Palangka Raya City, and the Best Presentation won by Wasaka Studio of vocational school SMKN 1 Marabahan .

Whereas for the Best Makeup and Clothing Arrangement was Haruyung Manuntung Studio from Palangka Raya City.

At the festival, Batola District Government through the Disporbudpar (Youth, Sport, Culture and Tourism Agency) provides prizes totaling Rp31.5 million.
