Barabai, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - M Haldi, a Barabai resident, was lucky. His coupon number 12926 was chosen to win a bicycle as the main prize for a fun healthy walk from the Central Hulu Sungai (HST) Acting Regent H A Chairansyah.
"Alhamdulillah, I am so happy. I never thought of winning the main prize of a bicycle," said M Haldi, who is a member of the 2018 HST's national flag-hoisting team (Paskibraka) HST after the fun walk to commemorate the 59th anniversary of the district, Saturday, (22/12).
Another participant who also won a bicycle was Indra. Just like Haldi, the young man felt surprised to win the main prize, which was handed over by the District Secretary H A Tamzil.
Previously, hundreds of participants of the healthy walk with top prizes and entertainment prizes were seen off by the Regent Expert Staff for Economics Development Fahmi at the yard of Murakata Building.
"This healthy walk is to accustom a healthy life by exercising also a medium to strengthen the relationship between all components of the HST community," Fahmi said.
Another Barabai resident who participated in the healthy walk, Fahrurrazi, said he was proud and happy to be able to participate.
"Hopefully this healthy walk will be able to increase the spirit of pride in the region and the love of Meratus preservation in HST," said the man who is known as Barjik, accompanied by his wife.
