Kandangan, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - South Hulu Sungai (HSS) Regent H Achmad Fikry launched digitalization for research licensing, Wednesday.
Head of the HSS Disaster Mitigation, Nation Unity, and Politics Agency (BPBD & Kesbangpol) Efran in Kandangan, Wednesday (31/10), said the digitalization of research services is as a means of improving the quality of public services.
"The background of the digitalization of licensing services of research is to improve the quality of public services to make it easier and faster," he said.
This service also facilitates transparency, accountability, and can be accessed anywhere and anytime, so that researchers or people who want to ask for research recommendations do not need to come repeatedly. Once enough they can get the recommendations needed.
Regent H Achmad Fikry said the digitalization of this service permit is an attempt by the district government not to get stuck with services that are only manual.
"Today's digitalization is a very good step in order to provide fast service to the people who need research recommendation licensing," he said.
Present at the launch of digitalization were HSS Police Chief Adj Sr Comr (AKBP) Rahmat Budi Handok, 1003 Kandangan Military Commander (Dandim) Lieutenant Colonel Infantry Suhardi Aji Sriwijayanto, Regional Work Unit (SKPD) heads and sub-district heads.
