Tanjung, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Drug Detective Unit of the Tabalong Police, South Kalimantan, have busted four drug dealers and secured a total evidence of 31.38 grams crystal meth (sabu-sabu).


Deputy Police Chief Comr Wildan Albert here on Friday said the four drug dealers who successfully were arrested one of them was Sar (35), a housewife who is known as the drug dealer.

"Not only a housewife, one of the dealers we caught was Soup (41), a village apparatus in Barito Timur District (Central Kalimantan)," explained Wildan accompanied by Chief of Drug Detective Unit First Insp Minggu Tampubolon.

The arrest of two other suspects, B (40), Pudak Murung resident, and Soup (41), occurred in a stall. Police here found 11 packages of Sabu-sabu weighing 3.23 grams and pipettes.

The police then developed the case and secured R (33), a resident of Muara Harus, with 8.16 gram of sabu-sabu.

Furthermore, from the confession of R, police secured other evidence from Sar (35). In his house found 19.99 grams of Sabu-sabu stored in the pillow.

"From the evidence that we managed to secure was purchased from suspect Sar who is a drug dealer," said Iptu Sunday.

The suspects were charged with Article 114 paragraph 1 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 35/2009 on narcotics with the threat of life imprisonment for a class I drugs or imprisonment for a minimum of five years and maximum 20 years.
