Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan 31/8 (AntaranewsKalsel) - Banjar Police Chief AKBP Takdir Mattanete leads a raid on a house where more than a million drugs suspected of Dextro found.


"The temporary calculation of the Dextro amounts to 1,709,000 pills stored in 20 boxes," Takdir said in Martapura on Thursday.

He said the house that stored millions of Dextro is located at Bun Yamin Permai I Complex, Kertak Hanyar Sub-district, Banjar.

Takdir said the success of the Drug Detective Unit of Banjar Police revealed the case was from the development of the arrest of G-class drug type of Somadril dealers.

"Police previously caught three perpetrators when they were transacting with six boxes contained 600 Somadril pills in Martapura," said police chief, who often called by his nickname Nete Boy.

Their confession then pointed out to someone who was staying in Golden Tulip Galaxy Hotel Banjarmasin. Police immediately seized him and he claimed about more than a million Dextro in the house.

But Chief of Drug Detective Police  First Insp (Iptu) Achmad Jarkasi still reluctant to tell the names of the four perpetrators for the reason they haven't been name as suspects.

"We have to have the evidence to be examined to the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM) to know the contents and to ask expert witness opinion first. The owner said the drug was to be circulated to the Palangkaraya," said Jarkasi.
