Regent of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan Province, H Sayed Jafar, made a sudden inspection after receiving a tip-off from community that a bridge was damaged in Rampa Baru village, Pulau Laut Utara Sub-district. 

Sayed Jafar expressed his gratitude for the information given by the community about the condition of the bridge.

"Based on this report, I directly observe the condition in the field. The government will soon repair the bridge, so it is suitable and meets the requirements that people feel safe," said the Regent on Wednesday.

It was said that the improvement of infrastructure in Kotabaru is still the Regent's concern. It was demonstrated by the Regent by responding quickly to people's complaints in Rampa Baru.

Not only observing, he also will take action to immediately repair the bridge which provide access for the people of Rampa Baru Village.

On this occasion, Kotabaru Regent also directly listened to the aspirations of the community.
