Director of Ulin Regional Hospital (RSUD) Diauddin stated that Ulin ready to carry out its duty for health check of 50 regional head candidates for the 2024 simultaneous regional election (Pilkada 2024) in South Kalimantan.
"The 50 regional head candidates are from 11 districts and cities," said Diauddin here on Friday.
The regional head candidates scheduled to undergo health check at the provincial government-owned hospital are from the districts of Tapin, Barito Kuala, Tanah Bumbu.
Then, Hulu Sungai Tengah, Tanah Laut, Hulu Sungai Selatan, Tabalong, Kotabaru, Balangan, also from Banjarmasin City and Banjarbaru City.
The health check of the candidates, who had registered with the the Regional Election Commission (KPUD) takes place from August 30 to September 2, 2024.
According to him, the examination of the regional head candidates is carried out in full, from internal disease, hearts, lungs, high function, psychiatry, drug test, physical health to eye examinations.
During the health examination, Ulin hospital works with South Kalimantan Psychological Association and the South Kalimantan Drug Agency (BNNP).
"The results of the health check will be known immediately after the whole examinations complete. In case any finding of disease can be followed up with sophisticated equipments from Ulin Hospital that have been prepared, such us MRI," said Diauddin.
