Sumber Rezeki village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in Sungai Cuka village, Satui Sub-district, Tanah Bumbu District, was awarded as the best among all districts in South Kalimantan Province.

"The second best won by Berkah Bersama BUMDes of Maburai Village, Murung Pudak, Tabalong District," said Head of Tanah Bumbu Community and Village Empowerment Agency (DPMD) Samsir in Batulicin, Thursday.

Then, Usaha Mulia BUMDes from Balida Vilage, Paringin Sub-district, Balangan District, as the third best.

The awards were presented in the 2024 BUMDes Expo event series in Banjarbaru City.

Samsir admitted that this encouraging achievement cannot be separated from the policy of the Regent of Tanah Bumbu H Zairullah Azhar who continues to strive for the develoment of BUMDes in Bumi Bersujud (nickname of Tanah Bumbu).

Namely through coaching and facilitating collaboration with third parties.

This policy, said Samsir, was implemented seriously by PMD Agency as the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in charge of developing BUMDes.

For this achievement, Sumber Rezeki BUMDes, Sungai Cuka Village, received a prize of IDR25 million.
