The President Director in his written statement through PT PLN South and Central Kalimantan Main Distribution Unit's PR received in Banjarbaru, Wednesday, said the achievement was the result of a comprehensive transformation over the last three years from business process, organization, human resources, to customer service.
"This achievement was achieved through the struggle of all PLN people who carried out end-to-end digital-based transformation.
