Tanjung, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Representatives of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security (Kemenkopohukam) came to explosives warehouse owned by PT Adaro Indonesia to clarify the theft of detonators.
Head of Tabalong Criminal Police AKP Wisnu Hadi here on Sunday explained the arrival of a team of Kemenkopolhukam was to clarify the loss of 183 detonators incident.
"The team of the Ministry just for a clarification on the location of the theft and the investigation continues to uncover the culprit," he said.
Previously, the team of Kemenkopolhukam, including Brig.Gen. Wakin Mardiwiyono, was welcomed by Tabalong Chief Police AKBP Zuhdi Baubara, Deputy Chief Kompol Henri Novika Chandra as well as a number of heads of units.
Related to this case, South Kalimantan Regional Police Chief, Brigadier General Erwin Triwanto to AntaranewsKalsel said the PT Adaro's detonators can only be used with a special tool.
To use the bomb trigger must involve a team of blasting experts and special tools intended solely owned by PT Dahana as explosives contractor in PT Adaro Indonesia.
Meanwhile, related to the disclosure of 183 detonators theft that occurred on October 5, 2016, Tabalong Police has examined about 21 witnesses. They were workers in the warehouse of explosives, the security unit, to the contractor of procurement.
