The District Government of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) won two two child friendly playground (RBRA) awards from Indonesian Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA RI).
The two RBRA awards were one for its green open space of Palidangan Sehati Park and another one for Darmansyah Zauhidie green open space.
"The RBRA award for Palidangan Sehati ranked first in Indonesia in 2022 with a score of 508 out of a perfect score of 510," said Head of HSS Public Housing, Residential Areas and Environment Office (Dispera KPLH) Ronaldy P Putra in Kandangan, Wednesday.
While RBRA award for Darmansyah Zauhidie green open space ranked third in Indonesia scoring 498 from a perfect score of 510.

Ronaldy expressed his gratitude to acting Regent of HSS Hermansyah and Regional Secretary Muhammad Noor for their direction, support, anf suggestion until two of the district's green open spaces categorized RBRA to win the ministry award.
He hopes there will be more RTH (green open spaces) to be categorized by the PPPA Ministry as child friendly playground (RBRA).
“Hopefully our green open spaces fulfill children's right to play while learning comfortably and safely ,” he said.
Meanwhile, the awards were handed over by Deputy for Improving Quality Coordination for Girls of the PPPA Ministry to Head of Dispera KPLH accompanied by acting Head of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPKBPPPA) Office Lothvie Rahmanie at the National Library Office in Jakarta, Monday (Dec 18, 2023).
