Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Water Police Unit (Satpolair) of Banjarmasin City Police raided a ferry port in a Pekat (immoral behavior) operation.
"The raid was to anticipate and maintain security and public order around the port," said Satpolair Chief AKP Untung Widodo Shh in Banjarmasin, Tuesday.
The raid was carried out on Saturday (12/9) night at about 19:30 when ferry passengers in the port are awaiting departure. Target operations such as weapons, alcohol, and drugs.
"On that night we checked one by one, body and goods carried by the passengers for South Alalak - Jelapat destination," he said.
During a raid, police officers found a passenger carrying a bottle of liquor types of Whisky in a bag. He immediately secured and taken to the Multifunction Patrol Unit post of Satpolair.
