The Barabai patient and community complaint (APAM Barabai) apps, which managed by the Haji Dhamanhuri Hospital (RSHD) of Barabai, won the Top 45 of the 2021 Laudable Public Service Innovation in health category from the Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry (Kemenpan RB).
 
The award was announced virtually by the Ministry and witnessed directly by HST Regent together with the Director of RSHD Barabai, Tuesday.
 
"Alhamdulilah (praise be to Allah) our innovation app was chosen. We will continue to improve public service to be more optimal in any situation," said RSHD Barabai Director dr Nanda SAYU.
 
According to him, the local government whose innovation become the Top Laudable Public Service Innovation will receive a prize in the form of a regional incentive fund (DID).
