South Kalimantan Provincial Police (Polda Kalsel) opened registration for COVID-19 vaccination in all precincts (Polsek), to make it easy for local people to get the vaccination.
"Citizens who want to be vaccinated, please come to the local police station to be recorded. When it is time to administer the vaccine, then show your registered ID," said Head of Sub-division of PR of South Kalimantan Provincial Police AKBP Zaenal Arifin in Banjarmasin, Tuesday.
As directed by the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, which was followed up by the South Kalimantan Provincial Police Chief Inspector General Rikwanto, to open Precision Vaccine Outlet, the provincial police swiftly provided vaccine facilities for the wider community until reaches the remote villages.
"Upon orders from the leadership, Bhabinkamtibmas is assigned to collect data on residents in their fostered area regarding vaccination. Don't let people miss the vaccine," said Zaenal during a gathering with the press in Banjarmasin.

Efforts to accelerate vaccination continue to be echoed by the South Kalimantan Police. Almost every day the vaccinator team from the Medical and Health Division (Bid-Dokkes Polda Kalsel) and the Bhayangkara Police Hospital Hoegeng Imam Santoso Banjarmasin work to provide inoculation to the public.
Zaenal pointed out that as long as the stock of vaccine doses is available, it will be immediately distributed to the community as the target.
"We are synergizing with the TNI (Indonesian Military) to help local government. This vaccine attack should not be slow down and the target of one million vaccines a day nationally must be met," he said.
