Tabalong government spokesperson for COVID-19 Task Force Taufiqurrahman Hamdie announced that the district has recorded seven new recoveries to make the total to 689 recoveries.

"COVID-19 patients who declared recovered today are seven, they are coming from the Sub-district of Murung Pudak and Muara Uya," he said on Tuesday. 

However, on the same day, the district also recorded 12 new positive cases coming from five sub-districts.

Eight of them are from Murung Pudak, one from Kelua, one from Tanta, one from Haruai, and one from Upau. They brought the total positive case to 712.

Taufik said that there are now 12 people are being treated for coronavirus, while the most cases of positive came from Murung Pudak Sub-district with 289 people.
