The 150 kilometers road connecting Tanah Bumbu-Banjarbaru is expected to be operated in early 2021.
Head of the Tanah Bumbu Public Works Agency H. Daus here on Tuesday said there is still the construction of a bridge currently, precisely at kilometer 58 from Batulicin City with a span of 70 meters and estimated to be completed by the end of 2020.
"If the bridge is completed insya Allah the road access can be passed by two and four wheels vehicles" he said.
The project of 150 kilometers road and the connecting bridges are fully funded by the South Kalimantan Province's budget (APBD), while the district government's role is to monitor and to build access road support to the road.
