Machli Riyadi, who is also head of the City's Health Office, said that the four urban villages now get special attention. "Because the surge of cases was very alarming lately," he pointed out.

He acknowledged that the health terminology actually does not recognize black zone, except green, yellow, orange, and red.

The black zone, according to him, is a very concentrated red color, thus it was concluded as black zone.

"This we convey to the public to be more cautious, because the black zone is very dangerous," he said.
