Ministry of Industry Performs Industrial Assessment At Tabalong

Tanjung, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - The Ministry of Industry carry out studies on the development of competencies of core industry in Tabalong following focus groups discusion by the local Industry, Trade and Cooperative Agency.

Head of Subdit Regional Core Industry Competence, The Industrial Facilitation Develipment Directorate Region 1, Directorate General of Zoning Development of Ministry of Industry, Dhiah Nuraini, here on Wednesday said the study conducted as a draft regional industrial development plan.

"District Tabalong one of the pilot areas for the drafting of regional industrial development plan in accordance with law No. 17 of 2007 and Law No. 3 in 2014," she said in Tanjung.

In focus group discussions, which opened by the Regional Secretary of Tabalong , Marzuki Hakim, the ministry involves a team of consultants from PT Arthaguna Citrapratama who is helping data collection .

Beside Tabalong, studies on core industrial competencies development for Kalimantan corridor also carried out in the Murung Raya , Barito Timur (Central Kalimantan) and Tarakan (East Kalimantan)./e
