Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - The South Kalimantan National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) has destroyed 4.3 kilograms of methamphetamine and 18 thousand ecstasy pills from Thailand.

"Goods those are destroyed are the catch of drug network from Thailand," said Chairman of South Kalimantan BNNP Commissioner Agus B Manalu after the destruction of evidence in Banjarmasin, Thursday.

He said the destruction of evidence is done to avoid unwanted things done by unresponsible person.

Culling evidence as much as 4.3 kilograms of methamphetamine (or shabu-shabu) and 18,500 ecstasy pills is a disclosure of the case on 20 April 2014 with the suspect Budi Saputra aka Kiyu, Apin aka Doni and Yuliasari. The arrest was the result of cooperation with the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Indonesia.

Culling is done solely by the three suspects. They will immediately proceed with the trial account for their actions.

From investigation, in addition to methamphetamine and inek, the agency also confiscated two trucks and five units of sedan cars.

The offenders, in addition to be charged, to the Law No. 35 Year 2009 on Narcotics, under penalty of death, are threatened by the Money Laundering Act.
