The Regent of Kotabaru H Sayed Jafar received from Governor H Sahbirin Noor the 2020 budget execution lists (DIPA), funds transfer to regions, and Village Funds ((TKDD) with the amount of Rp1.347 trillion.


South Kalimantan Governor H Sahbirin Noor in his press-release received in Kotabaru, Thursday (Nov 28, 2019), noted he asked all regional devices continue to move to build their respective region professionally and transparently.

"If something does not go well in the use of budget, we can interpret the region as hampering the development, then we will give a warning." he reminded.

To regents and mayors, he asked, that the use of budget to be maintained effectively and accountably in order to prevent misuse of budget. 

To help realizing this expectation, the governor suggested the district or city government to make improvement of their planning and budget implementing. 

"We ask the strong commitment and support from the regional government to the developmet programs," he pointed out.

Meanwhile, the Kotabaru Legilative Council (DPRD) and the district government have agreed to set the 2020 budget (APBD) of Rp1,686 trillion.

"We are aware that the 2020 budget draft we have submitted still requires additional thoughts and corrections from the DPRD," Regent Sayed Jafar remarked.

The 2020 budget had been prepared based on priority scale of the programs those refered to regional long-term, medium term, and annual development plans.

In order to impove quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of proposed budget, the local government can accomodate and receive input to improve government administration.
