South Kalimantan Governor H.Sahbirin Noor handed over a placard to the Regent of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) H Achmad Fikry as his administration won the best grade WTP (proper without exception) for the six times over its financial report audited by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).
Head of HSS Communication and Informatics Agency (Diskominfo) Hendro Martono in Banjarbaru (Oct 10) said, the appreciation was handed over at the 2019 Coordination Meeting Regional Heads Across South Kalimantan held at the Hall of Ideham Chalid, Governor's office.
"The meeting was held to build sinergy among regional heads related to health sector, social, women and children, as well as the people quality of life to realize the independent and foremost South Kalimantan," he remarked.
Right at the event, the governor delivered a trophy for HSS for its performance Convergence of the Acceleration of Stunting Prevention (KP2S). The district won the best third in provincial level.
He also delivered an appreciation from Finance Minister Sri Mulyani for HSS success in presenting its financial report of the year 2018 and was received by Regent H Achmad Fikry.
Sahbirin remarked that the presence of all regional heads in the coordination meeting would increasingly enhance the synergy of the central government as well as provincial, district, and city government.
The coordination meeting focus on health, education, women's empowerment and child protection. The programs that always come first are to decrease infant mortality, to reduce early marriage, increase in average length of school, and forest and land fire prevention.
The governor hoped with the synergy, collaboration, and gotong royong (mutual cooperation) the welfare of the people in South Kalimantan will be realized.
The coordination meeting was attended by DPRD speaker, regional leaders coordination forum (Forkopimda), provincial secretary, chairwoman of Family Planning Movement (PKK), head of General Elections Commissions (KPU), head of Elections Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu), ULM rector, UIN Antasari rector, assistants and expert staff of governor, regents, and mayors.
