Do not let after this declaration there are still illegal levies, irregularities in the use of budget, convoluted services, etc,Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The South Kalimantan Provincial Government declared the integrity zone which involved its whole offices and agencies, including districts and cities, in eradicating corruption.
The declaration was marked with the signing of the agreement infront of Governor H Sahbirin Noor, Deputy Chairman of KPK Alexander Marwata, and Head of Ombudsman Representative of South Kalimantan Norkhalis Majid in Mahligai Pancasila Building Banjarmasin, Wednesday (10/4).
One of the regent who signed the declaration was Regent Barito Kuala (Batola) Hj Noormiliyani AS, who was accompanied by Acting Secretary of the District H Abdul Manaf and Assistant for Government M Anthony.
At least six of 13 regional heads who signed the declaration, including from Tanah Laut, South Hulu Sungai, Tapin, Tabalong, and Tanah Bumbu.
Governor H Sahbirin Noor stated that the Provincial Government is committed to implementing clean and corruption-free governance, and the commitment was realized through this mutual agreement.
The governor, who is familiarly called Uncle Birin, hopes the implementation of a clean government and free from corruption, the best service for the public will be realized. "With this declaration it is hoped that a clean government will be made to provide excellent service to the public," he said.
After the anti-corruption commitment, the governor hoped it would not stop here, but to be manifested in real life everyday.
"Do not let after this declaration there are still illegal levies, irregularities in the use of budget, convoluted services, etc," he said while asking all officials in the region to reflect on the declaration of integrated corruption eradication.
