PN Marabahan declares a corruption free zone

Marabahan, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The Marabahan District Court (PN) declared the building of an integrity zone towards Corruption-Free-Zones (WBK) and the Serving and Clean Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM), Monday (18/2).


The declaration by Marabahan District Court Chief Dyan Martha Budhinugraeny was witnessed by Barito Kuala Regent Hj Noormiliyani AS, DPRD Speaker H Hikmatullah, Head of District Prosecutors La Kanna, Chief of Police AKBP Mugi Sekar Jaya, 1005 Marabahan Military Commander Lieutenant Colonel Kav Sugianto, Head of Religion Court Rusdiana SAg, Head of Detention Center Moch Muhidin, and ULM Legal Aid Institute HM Erham Amin.

The entire Marabahan Court apparatus jointly pledged in the declaration which was also attended by Deputy Regent H Rahmadian Noor, Acting Secretary H Abdul Manaf, agencies heads, religious leaders and community leaders.

According to regent, the launching of the integrity zone for PN Marabahan is an important and strategic step in supporting the success of efforts to prevent and eradicate corruption.

She hoped, through this launching, buds of integrity will be born to give a positive influence and impact on the environment, until then more and more apparatuses have reliable integrity and competence.

"We must maximize the efforts to prevent corruption. Moreover, from the phenomenon that is seen more and more days this unpredictable action does not show a downward trend," she concluded.

Marabahan District Court chief said, the three major issues that are often become the complaints of court service users in Indonesia are the length of the process, access to information, and corruption.
