"In 2018 we are targeting 50 percent or for more than 50 licensing types, and by 2019 all types of licensing will be processed electronically," said Head of Banjarmasin Capital Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) Muryanta here, Friday.
Services with e-licensing aims to facilitate the public in handling of business licensing and others.
"In the future, the community will be easier to manage business licenses and others, without having to come to the integrated service office," he said.
Through e-licensing, he added, there should be no more reason for people not to take care of business licensing.
He hopes the ease provided by the government will have an impact on increasing the investment by entrepreneurs so that the economy in the capital of South Kalimantan grows faster.
Muryanta said many residents began to be aware of the legality of the business, without the use of intermediary services.
He believes that there will be a lot of new investment to Banjarmasin, not only because of the great potential to develop, but because of the better government support and services.
Some business opportunities offered by Banjarmasin City Government are tourism development, especially river tourism, port development especially in Basirih Port, transportation, and trade sector.
