Tanjung, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Adaro and Alamtri Group held again Basic Management Program (BMP) for batches 27 and 28 as the companies concrete step to prepare future leaders who are committed and passionate about continuous development.
According to Agus Harsanto, SIS ADMO Chief Operation, this training required commitment and passion for continuous development.

"This training program is to prepare the future of Adaro-Alamtri, specifically for those who are loyal. Thinking about what you want to be in the future begins with an inner passion and persistence,” said Agus, Monday.
He emphasied the importance of dedication to work and bold to realize one's potential. The management will see the great potential of every individual who dares to do their best for the team and the company.
“What we want most to show is our great potential and the courage to realize it. If we have great potential and bold to realize it, then we are worthy of consideration,” he added.
The BMP training held from November 3 to 11, 2025, was attended by 59 participants from various Adaro and Alamtri entities.

Meanwhile, Didik Triwibowo, HSE, Deputy Division Head, representing Head of Mining Engineering (KTT), emphasized the importance of safety, regulatory compliance, and cross-function collaboration in mining operation.
“BMP is the main thing as a way of how you all collaborate to realize operation that have good principles. No one can work efficiently, safely and healthy without the support of other colleagues,” Didik expounded.
He stated that BMP is an important tool for preparing passionate generation that will replace operational role in the future.
“BMP is excellent for preparing a passionate generation that will take over operational role in the future. It must be able to provide benefits. Remember Adaro Affirmation, healthy, enthusiastic, and beneficial,” he emphasized.

In term of implementation, Febianti Widjaja, Learning & Recruitment Department Head of PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk, explained that BMP focuses on strengthening basic management and leadership.
"Before becoming a leader, it is important to recognize yourself and understand what needs to be developed. So, participants will be equipped with materials such as 7 Habits and core leadership values,” explained Febianti.
Through the BMP, the company hopes participants will strengthen their managerial competencies to prepare themselves as future leaders of Adaro and the Alamtri Group.
