Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, Eka Saprudin, appeals to all agency heads within the district government to improve their honesty, integrity, and carry out their mandate well.
"Every regional apparatus leader must implement the commission with serenity, upright, and responsible heart," he said here as reported on Thursday.
Being agency head, he said, is not just about position, but about trust and great responsible to the community and region.
"Carry out this mandate with a calm, upright heart, and always maintain integrity,” he reaffirmed.

This message was delivered as a form of strengthening bureacratic ethiscs, amidst the regional government's efforts to improve the quality of public services and effectiveness of development programs.
The Secretary also reminded that collaboration and synergy among regional agencies are they keys to successful governance.
He hopes every government working unit could be an example of leadership that is not only technically brainy, but also oriented towards dedication and sincerity in serving the public.
Sincerity in work will produce policies that favor the people. We all must maintain the direction of development that it remains align with public expectations.
This directive gained a positive response from the heads of agencies, who expressed their commitment to continuously impoving their performance and implementing their duties in accordance with the values of trust and professionalism.
