Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Speaker of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, Legislative Council (DPRD) Suwanti appreciated Pangeran Jaya Sumitra Regional Hospital (RSUD) for using Mobile-JKN app to ease services for patients.
"We appreciate the hospital's effort to ease health services for its patients," said Suwanti in Kotabaru, Friday.
She pointed out that the hospital's innovation is an effort to provide good services in the era of digitalization by making it easier for residents to get health services.
With this online registration innovation, people no longer need to queue to register, simply use Mobile-JKN app to register then wait for the service at their destination polyclinic.

"Hopefully this step is an improvement in service and makes treatment easier at the hospital," she said.
She suggested the hospital to disseminate the innovation to let residents know, understand, and can take advantage of this convinience.
"We also hope that there will be a solution for people who do not have (smartphone) facilities or peole who don't understand the process of registering online," she said.
Director of Kotabaru General Hospital Drg Andriyan Wijaya explained that the government through JKN is trying to improve health services for the community by providing online queuing facilities via mobile JKN.
"Pangeran Jaya Sumitra Hospital is now implementing this innovation, so residents no longer need to queue to register, just use Mobile-JKN app to register then wait for service at the polyclinic they need," said Andriyan Wijaya in Kotabaru, Wednesday.
