Banjarmasin, S Kalimatan (ANTARA) - Two Lambung Mangkurat University's (ULM's) students, Gastin Gabriel Jangkang and Andi Azizah Maulidia Budiarman, were the Indonesian Delegation who attended Harvard College Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand.
"Alhamdulilah we have attended the entire series of HPAIR for five days from August 21 to 25, 2024 smothly," said Azizah to ANTARA in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Tuesaday.
The two, who represented Indonesian students, attended a number of speaker session or talkshow with the famous Chief Executive Officer, heads of NGO's, and government delegations from all over the world.
These two students from ULM's doctor study program took part in the discussion of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) issues filled by various world-class speakers such as Amanpreet Bajaj (Airbnb General Manager, SEA, India, HK, & Taiwan), Steve George (Executive Editor, CNN Hongkong Bureau) and many more.
In addition to conference, Gastin in his interview expounded that there were Impact Challenge competition, where participants discuss problems (study case) of companies, startup, or NGO in various fields and find solution to them.

Later, the team which consisted of eigh to nine people with the best presentation will be selected for an award at HPAIR 2024.
HPAIR is an annual project organized by Harvard University since 1991.
This international activity is very prestigious considering Harvard University is a number one ranked university in the United States and the world in the 2024 global ranking.
HPAIR, since 1991, has organized 50 conferences in 20 different host countries around the world.
This year's HPAIR was held in Bangkok after Harvard University collaborates with Chulalongkorn University to organize the prestigious conference.
The conference aims to bring together the world's leaders of today and tomorrow in a dynamic forum of idea exchange.
