He said the raid was carried out on Friday (16/16) night at around 20:30 pm and police immediately visited Karaoke Lyric at Jalan S Parman, Central Banjarmasin.
In the raid, police secured 30 people who did not have or did not bring ID cards while in entertainment venues.
Police then proceed to Karaoke DC in Kayu Tangi, North Banjarmasin. Here the police secured three people for the same reason.
"All karaoke visitors who do not have ID cards totaling 33 people and were immediately taken to the police headquarters," said chief police.
Dozens of people who did not have or could not showed their ID were subsequently recorded and given guidance.They signed a statement not to repeat such actions.
"Raids like this we will do on a regular basis and the main target is a disease of society, and the raid led by Sabhara Chief Commissioner Saiful Bob," said the middle-ranking officer who graduated from Police Academy class of 1993.
